Out of the Blue

My magnetism for bad drivers seemed to be diminishing a bit, but yesterday I ran an errand and had to act quickly to avoid accidents in front of the local diner both coming AND going, as folks pulled out of the parking lot without looking. In between a DirecTV driver tried to change lanes into my car, and ignored my horn, forcing me to drive around him in the oncoming lane, which was thankfully empty at that moment. The first was the best, as it had the chance to be a head-on collision, but all three were real doozies. Always an adventure.

"Well shee-it...everyone else is a bad driver except yourself. Heh." I'm assuming you mean me and not Blue. I'm not saying I'm perfect but I drive as part of my job. So between getting to work and back, plus the driving each day... I'd say I drive ten times more than most that work in this city. So yeah. I'm a better drive than most. With training and the threat of huge trouble if we're in an accident (our fault or not). Self insured corporations are a bitch. This comment was edited on May 12, 00:13.
