The only achievement I have a problem with is that stupid "play with 8 friends" one. Is this to promote clans again or something? Achievements should be about your ability to play, not your ability to make fake online playbuddies. I mention this all the time in these comments, but I can't stress it enough, find a server/community you enjoy and stick with it.
There's four ways to play online shooters:
With strangers (server hopping) With real life friends (hard to coordinate) With a clan (too much work/commitment) With a community (my favorite)
When you play with a community and become a server regular, you learn who the good players are, you become friends with the admins, and you benefit from teamwork and coordinated efforts.
So eventually you'll add people to your friends list or they'll ask to add you and you'll have that "With friends like these" achievement without even realizing you got it.
