Yahoo! Rejects Microsoft

Bloomberg reports that Yahoo’s board has rejected Microsoft’s recent takeover bid. Word is the unsolicited $44.6 billion offer "massively undervalues'' the company, which they feel is worth at least $12 billion more.

What the hell is going on? is this handled by 8 year olds?? How is it no one remembers the other time companies you can replicate using PHP were sold for this much money ??? What is their barrier of entrance? knowing html? are you kidding me? MS is the only company in the world stupid enough to buy such a thing ("look ma! we bought another toy!!").. This is somewhere in the middle of the end , not even the start of one.. the stock market is going down, everything is in red and you want to spend an amount which can reduce the subprime issue to nil on Yahoo! ????
