The Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars Website has word that the ETQW public beta accounts reset has taken place as planned (story):

As announced a few days ago in the development blog, the accounts database for the Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars Public Beta has been reset and all accounts have been deleted. You can continue playing the Public Beta - all you have to do is recreate your Public Beta account by following the five simple steps outlined in this dev blog update.
