I hardly think that this matters. Japanese porn must have all genitalia rendered unrecognizable via pixelated mosaic. Whether you view it in 480p, 768p, or 1080p, you still can't see anything. I suppose the actor/actresses faces would be clearer, but that's all.

Also, this would be a big deal were it American porn, but Japanese porn (and movies, for that matter) are imported and sold in such limited quantities here that it will hardly have an effect in this country.
