The problem is the PS3 will *NEVER* be as powerful as the 360. Its all marketing PR hype BS.
The GPU in the 360 is simply superior than the RSX. This can not even be debated unless you just have no clue and are a blind fanboy.
The CPU is important but as far as the quality on screen the GPU has a much greater impact. Any *supposed* advantage the Cell has on the PS3 can never make up for the significantly more powerful rendering capabilities of ATi's unified shader in the 360.
This is the problem with console owners. They simply don't know squat about the actual technology and fall easy pray for silly overhyped 600$ inferior products with a Blue-ray drive. |
