Out of the Blue

I was shearing off my House-like five o'clock (plus five days) shadow when I grazed my upper lip with the clippers. In the time it took to wonder if I had cut myself the blood started pouring forth. It stopped pretty quickly (I've always been a good clotter), but for a moment there it was a scene… it's hard to imagine more bleeding from a smaller nick. It was like something out of a horror movie.
