Digg) has answers from Bungie about PC plans for Halo 2, describing some
content the Vista version will offer that will not be present in the 360
version: "Add to that the fact that we will have new maps built specifically
for the Vista version and a map editor, and cross-platform matchmaking
becomes even more complex and less realistic."

To be fair it's not Bungies fault, just the people who sold the company to MS.
A lot of the good people from the Bungie we loved are gone now too, so really, the name just went to crap, but I don't blame the people working there.
