City Life Demos

The promised playable demo for City Life is now available in English and German. Word is: "CDV Software Entertainment USA today released the official English demo for City Life, a city-building simulation for PC currently in development by Monte Cristo. The demo includes three of the six cultures from the game along with their representative buildings and one map (Rock Lake)." The English demo debuted on GameSpot (registration required), and mirrors can be found on 3D Downloads, 3D Gamers, Computer Games, FileFront, FilePlanet (registration required), FileShack (registration required), GameDaily, Gamer's Hell, GameZone, PC Gameworld, VGPRO, and Worthplaying. Also, the German edition of the demo can be found on the German City Life Website.

spent way more time downlaoding it than playing it. The staged zoom was irritating, and it doesnt seem to be anything radically different to sim city.
that first window explaining what the different colroed squares meant was way too confusing, so I ended up playing galciv
