As mentioned in Monday's episode of Arrested Development,
Save Our Bluths (thanks Ant and
Digg)
is looking to get the quirky sitcom off of life support and back onto the
schedule, pointing out that in spite of cutting four episodes from the slate,
the show isn't technically cancelled, it's just not renewed. I'm not optimistic, as the show's ratings don't seem to have improved since last time the show was on the bubble. On the other hand, where there's life, there's hope, so here's trusting it is still possible this "grassroots campaign" (can it still be that after being mentioned on the show?) can have an impact. On the brighter side, the show also managed to (sort of) openly joke about the possibility it would end up on Showtime, so there's also that alternative to hope for should Fox cancel the show.
