Out of the Blue

Today is Madden day... I guess that will be my NFL experience this year... last year I greatly preferred the ESPN game, and I've had an affection for the Sega series through the years. I'll even miss the fictional broadcast team of Dan and Peter.

My thoughts this morning are with my bro, as one of his cats may be nearing the end, a decision on that may get made today. This cat once actually tried to blind me, but this was as I helped move him from his home, so it's hard to hold that against him (though he seemed to hold a grudge against me for years over the trauma). Anyway, at 16, he's had a good run, but it is a sad occasion nonetheless.
