Painkiller Patch & Server

A new patch is now available for Painkiller, updating People Can Fly's first-person shooter to version 1.6.1. The update includes CPL-inspired features including new maps and "other CPL-ready features." A new version 1.6.1 dedicated server is now available as well. The client patch can be found on 3D Gamers, FileShack (registration required), Gamer's Hell, GameSpot DLX (registration required), JustGamers, The Patches Scrolls, and Worthplaying; and the server is available on 3D Gamers, FileShack (registration required), Gamer's Hell, GameSpot DLX (registration required), JustGamers, The Patches Scrolls, and Worthplaying.
