American
McGee's Personal Website and Weblog (thanks
GameGossip) reveals
that the one-time id Software designer is looking for support for a game
collaboration, though the Romero involved would be George, rather than John. He
describes plans for his company TMIEC to
make a game based on the filmmaker's "City of the Dead," saying the tag-line for
the movie tie-in is "the goriest game ever made," bragging "we hope to bruise a few
psyches with this one." The site offers a few pieces of concept art as well as
an Adobe Acrobat-format
design
document to help interest publishers in the project. In more of American's
plans, a Bad Day L.A. Teaser Page
is online, a harbinger of an unannounced project from TMIEC to be published by
Enlight (thanks again
GameGossip).
