I've gotten a minor flood of complaints about the return of the offending ringtones pop-up re-dialer ad for some UK readers. Rest assured I have set out the dogs to get this problem addressed, and am in fact, contemplating setting the dogs on the unscrupulous folks who are placing these local ads. Apologies for the problems this has been causing, I am hoping to find the trick to prevent this situation from ever rearing its ugly head again.

Man if I knew there were clowns coming my town I'd want to ban the circus too. Couldn't sleep knowing those guys might be wandering the streets at night.
