Dark Ore Demo

The Dark Ore Website now offers downloads of a new beta version 2.1 demo of Dark Ore, Raylogic's space strategy game centered around the titular dark ore. The demo is time-limited to provide thirty minutes of gameplay. The 24 MB download is mirrored on 3D Gamers, ActionTrip, and Gamer's Hell.

Are you sure it wasn't Space Empire III? They've got a IV out and a V in the works, I believe.
