Half-Life 2 = Late Summer?

The forums on Halflife2.Net have some details translated from an article on Half-Life 2 from German print PC Games magazine (thanks Bigun). The post offers hidden-text descriptions of the screenshots in the article, and word from Valve's Gabe Newell that they are planning to release the game in late summer, along with apologies for the September 30 fiasco, attributing the delay to bad scheduling, rather than the source code theft.

PCZone quotes them as saying the game will be out in the summer. They also say that the reason it didn't ship on Sept. was that they underestimated how much work it would take to polish the game, and that the leak wasn't the only cause, though it seriously demoralized the team big time. Reviewer also says that it will "not only knock A-list shooter Far Cry off it's perch but potentially blow it away."
