Unreal Tournament News (thanks Dr. Del) announces the Make Something Unreal Contest Phase 2 Finalists: FragOps, Infection, Red Orchestra, UT2003 Troopers, LawDogs, DoMain, Conquest Marines, Ultimate Survival, UETF Chronicles, and No Mercy. They also list their Honorable Mentions: Elemental Conflict, Shattered Oasis, Aargh, Eon, and Carrion City. Also, the Unreal Tournament 2004 Gaming Network's map contest is underway.

Do you know if they will be adding vehicles anytime? I think their primary focus is infantry combat, as accurate as possible, There wont be any vehicles in 2.0 AFAIK Its a quite slow-paced game, so vehicles would change the gameplay quite dramaticly.
