On the eve of the availability of Crytek's first-person shooter, there's news of
plans for the first Far Cry patch on
GameSpot
(thanks Ant). According to the report: "The patch will be released this
Thursday, and it will resolve compatibility issues between the US and Canada, as
well as repair multiplayer damage issues. Ubisoft will release an online
tutorial for Far Cry's Sandbox editor tomorrow, in addition to a quick-save
patch in mid-April."

A simple rule of thumb here, for you and for whoever it was that commented about the patriot act and whatnot. Do not presume to speak as an authority about what it's like to live in a country if you've never actually LIVED there. Dumbasses. Hey Moog...this applies to you too. I am embarrased for all Canadians on your behalf. I am an American currently living in Canada (getting a Masters at U of T) and I can honestly say that I love both countries. I just miss some of the retail stores I had in the US that I don't anymore =(....plus the prices for DVDs, CDs, and electronics in general are higher than I am used to.
One more thing Moog. Ever hear of Organic Foods? Whole Foods...Trader Joes...et alia? They are booming businesses in the US right now because people are demanding healthier drug-free foods. Funny thing is, they have separate organic food sections in your local Loblaws, Dominion, Sobey's, etc. So, obviously Canada too has to differentiate between organic and drug-pumped foods. Don't think you're such hot shit up in Canada...it's the person NOT the country that makes a difference, and you sir are a jackass.
