The downloads page on the UFO: Aftermath Website (thanks Frans) offers a new thumbnail library for their modding tools that "will allow you to select blocks for custom mission from set of thumbnails by a click of a button." Also, the German FIFA 2004 Online Website offers downloads of the official FIFA Football 2004 editor Creation Centre.

World war 3

It's a fan-project based on the UFO universe, it's based on the Quake2 engine (but standalone & free), demo in a month:
