Half-Life 2 Delayed

Shacknews has finally received official word that Half-Life 2 will not be making its planned release date of September 30, something a quick glance at the calendar can confirm. Here's the quote from Valve's Doug Lombardi:

The previously announced September 30th release date for Half-Life 2 is being pushed back. We are currently targeting a holiday release, but do not have a specific "in-store" date to share at this time. We will release that information as soon as we have confirmed a new date.

Naive??no just pissed at everygame release we gotta go through this crap.Getting real tired of it,no what i mean?If i manufacture something and it's said to be released to the PUBLIC on such an such a date,then by jeezus it should be released.I know people that have paid alot of cash just upgrading there comp's for this game.And with pc gear price's the way they are they could have waited and saved more money.Cause it was supposed to be sept 30,alot of pissed off people.God where is call of duty when u need it This comment was edited on Sep 24, 09:50.
