PlanetSide Expansion Coming on IGN has word of plans to expand Sony Online Entertainment's MMOFPS. They do not offer a source for their report, which consists basically of a title: "Core Combat." No details are yet available.

See, I was afraid of this. They're already starting with the expansions before they've even finished with the original game. The war still doesn't even have a POINT!
