DOOM 3 Hardware Requirements

The Phobos Lab has a post up with John Carmack's response to their question about the minimum system requirements to run id Software's upcoming DOOM 3 (thanks Tiscali Games). Here's the deal:

1GHz CPU
256MB RAM
GF1 or Radeon 7xxx series card

agreed on everything you said xcept the debating bit. also getting a 9800pro currently have GF Ti500 but im not happy with their recent BS (yardblower5800/bechmrk tweeking) anyways real gamers should not worry about running any of these games @ 640x settings w no aa on. also at some point or another we are all retards.
