Unreal Tournament Server Fix

Epic Games' Unreal Technology site offers a Denial of Service Fix for the Unreal Tournament version 436 dedicated server. The tiny 74 KB download is needed only by UT server admins and "causes the UT server to correctly process ICMP port unreachable messages, and disconnect any connection it receives one for," which address the Windows 2000 creeping ping problem and a recently discovered denial of service problem.
