New Tomb Raider Impressions

GameSpy.com Previews Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness and there's a similar Angel of Darkness preview on Computer and Video Games with the GameSpy article based on attending the premiere bash for the game in San Francisco and the CVG article inspired by the European launch soiree held in London. Both articles offer developer quotes discussing the future of the series, the reasons behind the choice to forgo consoles other than the PS2, as well as impressions of the in-game footage they were treated to.

Did you even read that paragraph, or were you just looking for things to moan about...? The second sentence of the "half a paragraph," as you put it, cites Fincher as an influence in the movie-like approach of Angel of Darkness. Fleshing out his existence for people who've never heard of him or his work is accomplished with the rest of that paragraph: his work, which you for some reason seem to think is irrelevant. Wow.
