The MechWarrior Online Forums offer patch notes for a new version 1.2.190 update that's now live in the multiplayer mech shooter. The new version includes a new Alpine Peaks environment, which is outlined in detail on this page, and five different variants on the Trebuchet Mech are now available in the MechLab, and this page has details on those. The new version also has bug fixes, performance improvements, and Phase III of MatchMaking. Here's word on that: "The Match Maker will form the best balanced match in terms of both skills and Mech classes of all players involved, and new cosmetic items allow you to proudly display your favorite house faction with Faction Holograms for your cockpit. Dominating the battlefield has never looked so good."
