Since 1.6 is so low, I'm sure there's lots of overhead built in, and the system will ramp up accordingly. I agree with #2 and that was my first thought as well. But lets say #3 is accurate... I would advertise burst mode speed then vs base. But you are correct a smart console would have variable speeds, no reason to run it hot playing a blue ray or browsing. |
