However I think you'll be proven quite wrong. There is so much potential Wii U is gonna be immensely popular for good reason. I fully expect some genius development of games using the new controller setup.

Now I don't play wii much, only with my family and a totally different focus - fun, chilled, relaxed gaming. While I love the wii for laid-back gaming, it and other consoles are quite the kiddy version of gaming, not ever taken seriously by an equivalently skilled PC gamer for esport titles.

So it's about the focus, and I think Wii U will be huge and draw many heavy hitting fun titles.
