I agree. I even gave the horrid Brazillian accents a pass (I'm from Brazil, and half of them were just JARRING) due to it being a true MP game. It's is as good as the other 2, just with more cutscenes. But that's a bonus for me. I love Max's voice actor.

I watched the credits... Many of the voices are actually not just Brazilians but São Paulo'ians. Though I guess you do say half
