Happy Mother's Day to all you mothers out there. And to all of you who have let this go until now, here's hoping there are still some flowers in the supermarket (hurry!).

We survived our hectic day yesterday, as we had a pretty early wedding to attend, which was quite lovely. We also managed to make it through the reception, even though we had a couple of hours to kill before that began, which we occupied by doing a little pre-drinking. Lots of dancing ensued which has earned me a lot of brownie points with MrsBlue, and that's not too bad at all either.

R.I.P.: Bass player Donald 'Duck' Dunn dies in Tokyo.
