Siliconera has word that Electronic Arts filed a European trademark registration for SimOcean for use with video games. There's no further word on this right now, but the implication this may be a future installment in the Sims universe is obvious.

Ah, yes. I've been breathlessly awaiting the chance to play a good ocean simulator. Would wouldn't love to spend the day as plankton?
