Though not announced on the Steam website, the promised Exterminatus DLC is now available for Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine, Relic's Warhammer 40K action/RPG (thanks Darth Guybrush). Here's a recent description: This DLC is free, and adds the Exterminatus mode: four-player online co-op, set on either Assault on Hab Center Andreas or Escape from Kalkys Facility and featuring Space Marines versus Orks and Chaos Space Marines.
Performance in co-op will add to players’ multiplayer rankings, while perks which have been unlocked in multiplayer can also be used in this mode too.

There is a nasty bug in the game that prevents you from actually joining the game, you can chat with people who are in game, but you remain in the lobby. It has happened about 6 times on 13 attempts to play for me. That's not a good number. Wonder if bug like this would happen if this was PC only game like DoW2. My guess is it wouldnt. I will play once they address that bug. No DJSatane, you will play it regardless of any connection bugs! |
