Steam now offers a playable demo for Dungeon Siege III, providing the chance to check out this action/RPG sequel developed by Obsidian Entertainment. Here is what they have to say about this: The Dungeon Siege III Demo is now available via Steam. Experience a small taste of Dungeon Siege III in single-player and 2-person local co-op play modes. (co-op requires two controllers)

I remember back when damn near every post on this site didn't turn into senseless arguing.
I pre-purchased the game on the consoles because like other posts before me, I spent all day at a desk. If you have a PC hooked up to a tv with great controls, fantastic! But don't be shocked if a dev doesn't put much time into the small fraction of gamers that have that type of setup.
I just got done with Dungeon Hunter alliance on the PS3, and enjoyed it tremendously for the lootfest with 3 other players that it was. A bargain at 12 bucks!
The real question to me is whether or not this title will have the longevity to withstand even 3 months.... Time will tell. There are a few titles with me personally that I have played for years and years, and am anxiously awaiting a new one in that category (TF2, Diablo 2) etc)
