Not so much an oligopoly, but rather it appears more like cartel behavior... like you said, if there is a way to undercut the competition by offering unlimited plans (and I think there is), the only way to get everybody to more or less impose them on their own is through some sort of collusion. Seeing as the market is operating completely counter to expected in such a situation, it's something worth investigating at the very least. |
