Cloud gaming service OnLive is offering a free OnLive micro-console and a free full PlayPass for Metro 2033 to those who preorder the OnLive version of Homefront, Kaos Studios' upcoming first-person shooter set in an occupied U.S.A. They say those interested should act now because supplies are limited. Thanks VentureBeat.

Streaming is okay for demos of certain games, a twitch shooter isn't one of them. Hopefully Kaos makes enough money from deals like this and their exclusive content for Xbox Live to steer clear of going bankrupt, THQ may still shutter them when Homeland under-performs, which it will.
