Have you tried it or just going by screenshots? I'm pretty graphic whorish and find the slight blur not even noticeable compared to how prominent the jaggies stand out.

I tried it in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2, which has it standard in the options menu. I went back and forth between no AA at all and the MLAA and thought the MLAA added too much blur for me. Maybe that game just uses it badly though? When nVidia release their version I will check it out again.
