L4D2 Encore Mutation, Community Mutations Coming

The Left 4 Dead Blog has word on a new Left 4 Dead 2 Patch that's automatically available on Steam with some changes, and this week's encore mutation, Hard Eight, described like so: "Face eight Special Infected at one time, this is double the standard number! And if that wasn’t trouble enough, we also increase the spawning frequency so it is raining Specials." They also announce that next week's mutation for the co-op shooter will be user-created, and they will be offering more such community derived mutations in the future.

People still play this "expansion"? I played through one of the campaigns and never played it again. Should have been dlc...not a stand alone game....
