Crytek's Warface Revealed?

Chinese site GNN has screenshots and details for Warface, saying the title that Crytek trademarked in in March 2009 is now in development. A translation indicates the game is to be an online first-person shooter, naturally using CryENGINE 3. More translation says the game: "emphasizes the visual quality of the next generation, high applications of artificial intelligence and physics, to the players as if they want to provide film-like feel. Expansion of the PvE game combines narrative world and the concept of mode of cooperation with many tasks, and a variety of PvP modes." Thanks VG247.

Crytek has a proven track record of terrible support for their online FPS games. If you want wide-open exploitable gameplay, this is for you. The cracked/unlicensed Crysis Warhead played fine online. Those players are much more likely to cheat, also.

Do NOT buy this game for at least 30 days after release to see if they clean up their act.
