How about making the scout less powerful!?!! OMG people play scouts as assault class now 1 or 2 shots from his gun and your toast. He moves too fast to be caught by most classes but its not just about skill, when people are blatantly taking you on as a soldier or heavy with a scout you know something is not quite balanced..
