This Blog has some design documents for "a 3rd person, survival-horror open world game," which superannuation identifies as being from "Crystal Dynamics' San Francisco-set '3rd person, survival-horror open world game' Downfall." They also say that this page offers some Downfall concept art, though the URL includes "Urban Chaos," which suggests a different game altogether.
