A post called C&C 4 Installation-Online Update on the Command & Conquer Forums by community manager APOC addresses questions about installing Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight, the recently released real-time strategy sequel. According to APOC, "Command & Conquer 4 has NO DRM. Zip, zero, zilch, none." He then goes on to explain that the game does require a serial key and an EA.com account to install, and while you can install the game on as many machines as you want and can play without the disk in the drive, you must be logged in to play, similar to the system Ubisoft recently implemented, though Ubisoft freely admits that this is DRM.
