Out of the Blue

Have any of you been watching Modern Family? MrsBlue and I found this sitcom several episodes into its run and just recently caught up with most of the season after DVRing it. The show is a take on the traditional one-camera sitcom using the ever-more-common documentary approach, with an unexplained office-style camera following the goings-on. The cast includes Ed O'Neill and the beautiful Julie Bowen as well as the way beyond beautiful Sofía Vergara, who would make the show worth watching even if it wasn't so funny, which it is. Anyway, thinking MrsBlue and I have been the kiss of death for shows we like lately, I recently checked the ratings and see the show is a bona fide hit, and has been renewed for next season.

Glad to hear about the ratings for Modern Family, I'm a big fan of Ed O'Neill. The last show I saw him in, John From Cincinnati, was doomed from the beginning but he did a fantastic job in it. Also a big fan of Epic Beard Man.
