Apple already has more than 100,000 apps, a large percentage of which are video games and, at this very moment, games make more than half of its top ten highest grossing apps. While that may be true, I think it's also the audience behind the platforms. I would guess many iPhone users are not smartphone power users (i.e. business related), so you would have more users who are into games and other "non-vital" apps.
Maybe many of the Android users are business oriented and thus do not have a need for games on their phone. Just something to think about... |
