New MW2 PC Petition

As noted in the Infinity Ward Forums, a second Modern Warfare 2 PC Petition is now online. The first MW2 PC petition was dismissed by many since the military shooter sequel was not available to judge, so this new post-release petition is armed with confirmed facts about the release. The petition calls once again for dedicated servers as well as support for expected features like an in-game console, a "/record" feature, lean, auto-balancing, multiple profiles, better graphics and FOV control, actual ping readouts in ms (not graphs), and a tournament game type (like Promod). They say: "It is requested that all signatories only sign once (and as themselves) so that this petition accurately represents the views/concerns/feedback of the PC Community." There are well over 200,000 signatures on the Dedicated Servers petition that was ignored, so this effort has an uphill battle.

Ok the game sold 4.6 million copys in 1 day and they have 200,000 signatures. So on release day that is only 4.6%, and thats not to even say any of those people bought the game. Also not to say what the current sales stats are at and how many people signed more than once. Point being the people complaining is probably realistically under 1%. Unsatisfied customers are usually the most outspoken. There's alot of people out there who are satisfied with the way it is who won't say a word. I hope they don't add a server browser. I hated it at 1st all ps3 games are like that but the console has gotten me used to it and now I am a huge fan. I used to spend 35 minutes picking a game now I just click play and forget about it, and in the end I think alot of people will realize this is the better way. Picking a server isn't a huge of a deal as you think until you dont have to do it anymore. The game doesn't lag at least it hasn't for me. There were 52,000 people online this weekend... I haven't seen numbers like that since CS. I hope infity ward is smart enough to just ignore all this crap because my belief is the majority likes it the way it is. Hopefully the loud and outspoken few don't ruin it for everyone else.
