I haven't been able to find any locally yet, but WalterEgo brought me some of
that throwback Mountain Dew made with real sugar when he visited, as I am not a
fan of high-fructose corn syrup. I don't drink that much soda anymore, but I
want to purchase as much of this as possible to support the real sugar movement.
The Mountain Dew is noticeably different with the sugar, and while there is also
throwback Pepsi, that's, well, Pepsi. What I really want is some Coca Cola using
real sugar, just like when I was a ki... err, I mean like my parents say they
used to have in the old days.

Hey Warhawk, i'm hearing some pretty bad reviews about Terminator. For the people that enjoyed it, it's for pure action and special effects, but the overall movie is supposed to be pretty bad. Yet another ding on McG's list. It disappoints me because i was really looking forward to it. I'll still see it though.
Too bad. We'll go see it anyways, but maybe lowered expectations will help me enjoy it more.
I would say it's neither good nor bad. I've seen far worse movies (like Wolverine!), yet there wasn't much to get excited about, either. Very bland. I will say that what's his name, who played Chekov in Trek, actually does make a good (believable) Kyle Reese.
SST: There was a bit of excitement when "Arnold" showed up, and that particular part was very well done, for CGI work, but that doesn't save the last hour and a half.
In other, unrelated news, I'd like to throw this on the table: http://store.nin.com/helperic/
I just chipped in my $10. In under 24 hours, fans have raised over $260,000 to help a guy needing a heart transplant. Feel free to chip in...

RollinThundr Apr 17, 2013, 12:25: Eh really tossing stuff like that in there only to get your panties all bunched up. If you really want to call that trolling sure.
Mr. Tact Apr 17, 2013, 12:33: Pretty sure that's the definition of trolling... |
