We were talking with a neighbor for a bit yesterday as she was hiding eggs in
her yard for kiddies to hunt. This made me recall Easter egg hunts in my youth,
where my mom learned to inventory the eggs when she hid them around the house
after an incident one year involving a hidden egg that was not found until it
well after it became a spoiled mess. This got me to wondering why my mother, who
was an exceptionally smart person, never thought to hide the eggs in the
backyard, though maybe its for the best, as our version of the game had a bit of
additional drama.

I dunno. When I was really sick for those 3 weeks last month I was pretty sure I myself was a zombie.
