Owie, I feel asleep on the couch last night, and now I have a sharp pain in my neck every time I turn my head to the right. Hopefully this will clear up before people start calling me Igor. What hump?

After 25 years of back problems and almost 5 years of PT, i finally found a portable EMS unit that does wonders for bad muscle aches and pains, Blue. Check out TENS's EMS unites -> http://www.tensproducts.com/emsunit.htm. I have one that i use weekly and you can carry it around on your belt anywhere you go without anyone even knowing. I also discovered they have a portable ultrasound unit for those deep muscle massages that kick some serious ass.
