Something went haywire here yesterday and started forwarding folks to an article on the UGO site. A couple of issues like this lately have steeled me to the task of finding a way of eliminating them (which may lead to ugliness), and my first project for the new year will be to find to end such user-unfriendliness if it kills me, which I hope it doesn't, as that strikes me as counter-productive. In the meantime, apologies to all of you who suffered with this aggravation.
