I tried stalker last night. My bottleneck right now is my monitor as it only displays up to 1440x900 which it handled nicely when I maxed out everything. I had to quit after 20 minutes because I really didn't like it. The talking to NPCs interface was terrible and the first gun battle I played was terrible and just didn't feel right.

I was on here bitching after I got it.

You really do have to get a little further into the game to start enjoying it any. And, talking to them, bah. I just skip through that crap like crazy and do what my PDA says
