The promised (story) demo for Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars is now available, offering the chance to sample the latest installment in the classic real-time strategy series. The download is a hefty 1.18 GB, which debuts on FilePlanet (registration required), and mirrors are available on 3D Downloads, 4players.de, ActionTrip, ComputerGames.ro, eXp Download, FanGaming, FileShack, Fragland.net, Gameguru Mania, Gamer's Hell, GameSpot (registration required), Internode Games Network, and Strategy Informer.

Hope there will be an Xbox Live demo soon since that will be the platform I'll play this on.
