Out of the Blue

Well most of the preparations are in place for our influx of family and friends today. I completed all my chores and even whipped up a batch of especially buttery Chex Mix.

Not to be maudlin, but on the theme of the occasion, it bears pointing out that the habitués of this site are one of the things for which I am thankful when contemplating such things. Thank you all for all you do in making this little corner of the community what it is.
